Choosing the perfect Blueprint is an important foundational step to ensuring the success of your new home build! It is important to consider things such as sizing requirements, storage needs, to achieving that overall "Perfect Home for Me" feeling! Grand Choice Homes will partner with you in either selecting a blueprint from our trusted partner Architecturaldesigns.com or by working with you hand in hand with our Architect to build the perfect blueprint just for you.
Once the blueprint is finalized, we are proud to offer the ability to take the blueprint and bring it to reality using our 3D CAD software programs! You will be able to walk thru your blueprint before we break ground to ensure every detail is to your liking!

With over 16 years experience in the industry, Preston Baker has a true passion for creating unique home designs and unmatched quality in Home Construction. With 63 homes beautifully designed and crafted in Western Kansas, continuing to serve our great communities is a blessing and honor! Preston attended Scott City High School and later attended Manhattan Technical College where he studied all things construction. Proud to hold his National and Kansas Contractors License as well as trusted member of the NAHB!
